Inclusivity is at the forefront of what Cundall is and what it does, and is something it takes great pride in. This award recognises the progress Cundall is making in line with its commitment to being the most inclusive consultancy in the industry. Among many other initiatives, Cundall has recently adopted the Rooney Rule that mandates that at least one black or ethnic minority and one woman/gender minority candidate will be interviewed for all top-level roles. This initiative is just one of many indications of the consultancy's strive to inclusivity.
By instigating the challenging but necessary conversations about barriers to equality in the workplace around meritocracy, privilege, bias and antiracism, Cundall is building a culture that embraces difference, and enables everyone to succeed.
