Two and Three Snowhill
Two new award winning, BREEAM Excellent, high rise office buildings in Birmingham city centre.
Located between Snowhill Queensway and Birmingham Snowhill Station, the Snowhill estate is a major workplace development by Ballymore. Two Snowhill is a 14-storey, 75m high building providing 30,000m² of office space. Three Snowhill is a 17-storey Grade A office block over 23,000m2.
Cundall redesigned the original scheme for Two Snowhill and raised its BREEAM rating to Excellent and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Rating to B. At Three Snowhill as the sustainability advisor, we contributed to the schemes overall BREEAM Excellent accreditation.

Cundall raised its BREEAM rating to Excellent within the constraints of the original site infrastructure.
Our acoustic teams’ local knowledge and 3D noise models helped us to achieve BREEAM Excellent for both developments.
Three Snowhill was the first Midlands project to achieve the 100% WiredScore Platinum score.
Our multi-disciplinary team worked collaboratively on two iconic city centre buildings in Birmingham which achieved BREEAM Excellent.
