The mixed-use development features a luxury 190-room hotel, a select number of privately-owned luxury residential apartments, roof top penthouse, conferencing facilities, a 750-person ballroom and underground parking. The hotel and apartments will set new standards in luxury and services - the finest in the London market when complete.
Working on-site since 2017, Cundall is providing mechanical, electrical and public health engineering design services for the entire hotel working alongside almost 20 specialist consultants and two architects. The location has presented challenging planning constraints, requiring innovative engineering solutions for top-down construction. This approach has led to construction and design working in parallel and a packaged Construction Management approach.

Coordination on this project was a challenge. The construction of the project was split into 16 packages including a shell and core package, hotel guest room package and pool package etc. These packages were each phased in with their own time frame, negotiated fees and scope.
