This Grade II listed, former packing warehouse proved to be the perfect new home for our Manchester staff. The building’s industrial heritage has been perfectly combined with a modern interior and engineering response. The design was tailored to the post-pandemic priorities of staff following a detailed staff survey and focuses on health and wellbeing, active travel and agile working methods.

The new design focusses on bringing our staff together to collaborate, share ideas and socialise. The bigger allocation of space to these informal meeting areas has been made possible by a shift to agile working, with the vast majority of the 38 workstations being available to any staff member at any time. A communal social space has been incorporated in the heart of the office which allows staff and clients to mix.

Rob Turner, commented "We started the search for a new home in Manchester during the peak of the pandemic in Q2 2020. Finding Fourways House gave us the opportunity to redefine what we needed from a post-pandemic office in a small piece of Manchester’s famous industrial quarter. The space we have created is testament to the skills and vision of our staff and has created a blueprint for future Cundall offices."
