I have over 15 years of experience in building services and have worked and lived in Australia, Europe (UK) and the Middle East (Abu Dhabi and Dubai). In these locations, I led multi-disciplinary teams on a variety of projects across commercial, offices, aviation, retail, hospitality and multi-residential. Sharing knowledge and building capacity around net zero carbon design and asset operations in our built environment is vital, and the reason why I regularly present at leading industry events.
Collaboration
Building innovative and effective teams is a part of my role and something I am extremely passionate about. This extends to building the capacity and confidence of people, including new graduate engineers. Mentoring, teaching, and supporting others to grow in their careers is enormously satisfying.
Excellence
As I drive the strategy and direction for our projects, I am heavily invested in achieving the best outcomes and I love to ‘get my hands dirty’. I consistently think outside the box and present ideas to our clients that are ambitious, yet also commercially astute. We challenge industry norms and consistently find new approaches that make a positive difference.
