Elmer Moncada

I have held an interest in engineering from an early age which led me to complete a Bachelor’s and Master’s in electrical and building services engineering in the UK. I started off my career in Spain as an MEP technician, after which I continued my career in the MENA region. Continual development is important to me – I have striven to create local engineering networks for the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) in both the UK and Qatar.

Being a career-oriented individual, I find Cundall an incredible environment to work in, with the multidisciplinary projects and the talented and experienced people. Working in building services is enjoyable, as there are disciplines working together like a well-calibrated machine, with each discipline undertaking a specific task to achieve a common goal.

I feel proud of our engineers when I expose them to new challenges - they show excitement to provide strategic and clever solutions by brainstorming. This is a true example of Cundall’s creativity values.
